Welcome to Valley View Academy 5th/6th Grade! I look forward to meeting with our new students and families each year. I have been teaching for 22 years and serving Duarte Unified School District for each of these years. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Biology and worked at the California Institute of Technology for 8 years. I earned my Masters Degree in Education with CLAD certification.
I believe that all students have talents and passion for their learning. In a safe learning environment, my students excel with high expectations and rigor when surrounded with my commitment to their education.
